TOUCH UP POLICY

Our guarantee allows  for 1 (ONE) free touch-up within 1 year of originally tattooed-
our artists will repair and perfect everything that they feel needs to be adjusted in the tattoo which may mean the entire tattoo or just a few things.
more often than not , touch-up’s are a reflection on how you proceeded with the aftercare we gave you.

touch ups are at the discretion of the artist. And he/she will decide if needed.
however if the tattoo and aftercare was neglected and requires a complete reworking – then a hourly rate of $150 per hour  will be applied at the artists discretion.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you are unable to make your tattoo appointment, we require 72 hour notice via directly speaking to your artist (not leaving message on the answering machine or via email as its possible that they message may not reach the artists until the time of your appointment. So make sure you speak to your artist in person.)

 

failure to do this (unless by unforeseen circumstances) will result in a loss of your deposit. This includes no-shows. So in order to keep your deposit, and have it applied to your tattoo you must either appear at the time and date of your appointment, or call 72 hours prior

If proper notice is not given to cancel an appointment, You will forfeit your deposit and required to apply another deposit to book any future booking time.
