Thank you for your interest in a custom tattoo experience. Filling out this inquiry form thoroughly is essential—it provides all the key details I need to offer an accurate quote, estimate your session time, and prepare for your project efficiently.
Studio Details & Rates:
Location: I work out of a private, appointment-only studio in South Ajax (Westney/Harwood area, near the lake). The studio is fully insured and public health inspected. To protect the private 1:1 environment for current clients, the exact address is provided only upon a confirmed booking.
Rates: Tattoo work is billed at $150 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, regardless of how small the design is.
Artistic Integrity: Due to copyright laws and professional standards, I do not exactly copy or replicate other artists’ tattoo designs submitted as reference. I will only recreate and customize your concept into an original piece of my own artwork tailored to your body.
Once I receive your completed form, I will review the details to ensure your vision aligns with my artistic style. Please allow a few days for a response, as I review each request with care. My administrative business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Messages received outside of these times will be addressed on my next working day.

Electronic Consultations: Once you submit this form, our consultation process begins. All communication regarding your tattoo must stay within the same email thread you receive after submitting. This ensures everything stays organized and easy to reference. In-Person Consultations: These are strictly offered at the artist’s discretion for complex cover-ups or large-scale pieces that require physical tridatings, tracings, or measurements that cannot be done accurately from home. Booking Fee Policy: To confirm and secure an appointment, a non-refundable $75 booking fee is strictly required. This fee is applied directly toward the final cost of your tattoo. Once a date is selected, you will receive payment details via email, which must be completed within 24 hours to hold your time block.
Appointment Changes & Rescheduling Policy: Once your appointment date and time are confirmed and booked, any subsequent requests to change, reschedule, or move your appointment time will require a brand new booking fee to secure a new slot. The original booking fee will be immediately forfeited. Please note that only one $75 booking fee will be deducted from each completed tattoo. Please double-check your calendar carefully before finalizing your date.

Health, Illness & Studio Safety: I agree to reschedule my session if I exhibit any symptoms of illness or active infections. I acknowledge that tattooing carries an inherent risk of infection and agree to follow all provided aftercare instructions and seek professional medical attention if abnormal healing concerns arise.
Client Stencil Responsibility: I understand that I am entirely responsible for thoroughly checking the physical stencil upon application. I agree to voice any discrepancies, placement changes, size adjustments, or spelling errors before the tattooing begins. Once tattooing starts, the design will be executed exactly as shown by the approved stencil.
Private Studio Layout: I understand that Ink Is Art Studio is a private, public health-inspected, 1:1 environment located in South Ajax near the lake. The exact studio address details will be provided exclusively upon a confirmed, deposited booking.
