Congratulations on Your Tattoo Auction Win!

This agreement is made between:

Artist: Christine fenzl -operating as Ink Is Art Tattoo Studio
Client: signed below

Together, we’ll refer to both as “the Parties.”

1. What This Is All About

From time to time, the Artist hosts tattoo auctions — either online or in person — featuring original pre-drawn designs (“Flash Designs”). The highest bidder (“Client”) wins the opportunity to get one of these designs tattooed, following the terms outlined below.

2. Auction Details

Winning Bid

• Your bid is final and becomes the full payment for your tattoo.
• Once the auction ends, no changes to the bid amount can be made.

Design Integrity

• All Flash Designs are original and cannot be altered — no changes to size, color, or details.
• Placement can be discussed, but final decisions rest with the Artist’s professional judgment.

3. What Happens Next

Signing the Agreement

• You’ll need to sign by submitting this agreement within 24 hours of being notified of your win.
• If not signed in time, the Artist may offer the design to another participant.

Payment

• Full payment is due upon completion of booking form -www.inkisart.ca/christine
• Accepted methods: e-transfer
• All payments are non-refundable.

4. Choosing Your Design & Booking Your Appointment

Design Selection

• You’ll have 30 days from the date of payment to choose your Flash Design via the booking form- incomplete forms will not be accepted.
• If no design is selected within that time, the win and payment are forfeited.

Scheduling Your Tattoo

• Once your design is chosen, we’ll coordinate a date that works for both of us.
• rescheduling is not permitted- be sure to check your calendar and book the time off~ as this will forfeit your tattoo

5. Artist’s Rights

Refusal of Service

• The Artist reserves the right to refuse service for reasons such as health concerns, intoxication, abusive behavior, or violation of studio policies. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Creative Control

• The Artist maintains full creative control over the tattoo’s execution, including adjustments for size, placement, or skin type.

Copyright

• All Flash Designs and completed tattoos remain the Artist’s intellectual property. You receive the physical tattoo, but not reproduction rights.

6. Refunds

All payments, deposits, and auction bids are final and non-refundable — even if the tattoo isn’t completed due to missed deadlines or cancellations.

7. Health & Safety

Tattooing involves some risks, including infection, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the final result. By signing, you agree not to hold the Artist or studio liable for any issues that may arise.

8. Legal Stuff

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes will be handled in Durham Region.

9. Final Notes

This document represents the full understanding between both Parties and replaces any previous conversations or agreements.

Next Steps to Claim Your Tattoo

To move forward, please complete the following within 30 days of the auction announcement:

1. Submit Your Design Choice
Visit www.inkisart.ca/christine and fill out the form with a clear description of the pre-drawn design you’ve selected. This form gives me all the details I need to prepare your tattoo.
2. Send Your Payment
E-transfer your winning bid amount to christine@inkisart.ca once your form is submitted.

Failure to complete both steps within the 30-day window will result in forfeiting your prize.
